Made-to-Order Plastic Chains
We manufacture plastic chains for conveyance in various shapes by making moulds according to customers’ requests. For example, plastic chains for conveying dry cell batteries for a major battery manufacturer in Europe and the U.S. and plastic chains for conveying inclined products with magnets for a bread manufacturer are also special products manufactured at the request of our customers.

Verification of Sample Manufacturing Process
Depending on the case, we can also verify the conveyance with a test machine and propose better specifications.
Plastic Chains as Conveyor Unit
We also manufacture conveyor units using plastic top chain. We can make proposals not only for plastic chains alone but also as conveyor units.
For example, our special conveyors have been used by a major Japanese automobile manufacturer to transport parts, and in other industries to transport PET bottle preforms and syringes.
